Starting Weight: 173 pounds

Current Weight: 130-132 pounds

Just a note: Over the past month, I’ve stopped keeping track of my weigh-ins and it’s become more of a quick check in the morning every now and then to make sure I’m on track. I’m working on keeping myself accountable with occasional checks and developing a healthy relationship with the scale. In the past, I let the scale dictate my mood and I’m making a lot of progress with being less concerned with the number. My weight tends to fluctuate in a small range and I’m pretty happy with where I am right now!
